Chan's Garage Art
Welcome to the twisted mind of a junk artist, growing up in the logging industry, I learned to weld and fabricate at a young age. Through out my life I was always thinking of what can I do with the old junk parts I had left over from repair jobs. Always wanting to explore the world of the metal art, but I never took the time until a few years ago. After working on old car engines with a good friend of mine, we had a lot of old parts left after the rebuild. At the end of the day, I was handed a worn out cam shaft, and was told to take it home and make something with it. I created a cam shaft lamp, and that was the beginning of Chans garage Art
Having accumulated some old pistons and other parts, I began to make people figures, and have done motorcycles, hot rods, small insects, yard birds, and even a few car trophies. I have also done a few larger projects such as V8 body flag holder, and junkyard horses .
You can find me at Chans Garage Art on Facebook. I hope you enjoy my art as much as I love creating it.
