Rebecca Hammond is a classical musician and fiber artist living in Ferndale, Michigan. Her purses, jewelry, and other accessories have appeared in Belle Armoire, Haute Handbags, and Altered Couture magazines. She has played oboe in the Motor City Symphony for 30 years and recently retired from the faculty of Oakland University. She loves working with wool and using recycled materials.
She and her husband Phil, a retired military officer, enjoy spending time at their cabin near Luzerne and hiking and canoeing throughout the area. You can also find her on Facebook under Funky Town Crafts.
